Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your parcel upon receipt and contacting us immediately if any item appears damaged or missing.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love every Menero Fashion purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
