Menero — Shipping Policy

Dispatch Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24 hours of placement. During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

Domestic Delivery (India) All domestic orders are delivered within 3–4 days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery options may be available for metro cities.

International Delivery Menero ships to 200+ countries worldwide. International orders take a minimum of 7 days from the date of dispatch.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces Since Menero is a print-on-demand brand, many pieces are handcrafted to order. These items are shipped within 2–3 weeks or 3–4 weeks from the date of order, depending on the specific product. Custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Import Duties (International Orders) International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices shown are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes applicable in your country, payable at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges vary based on destination, product size/type, and courier policies. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Order Insurance All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from dispatch to your delivery address.
